Flash Support Soon to Come to iPhone and iPod Touch

7-5-07-iphone-flashApple is finally teaming up with Adobe to bring Flash to the iPhone and iPod Touch. It’s not going to be the full-fledged Flash, as it would be too large. It’s also not going to be the Flash Lite, as that would be too small. Nothing has been announced yet, but we look forward to more details in the future.

Metal Gear Solid on iPhone and iPod Touch?!

mgstToday is an exciting day for gamers and iPhone/iPod Touch owners. Scans that the next Metal Gear Solid game from the Japanese magazine Famitsu have come out, and the magazine shows the controls, and even some screens of the game. This has been confirmed from my understanding, and will be slated for release in mid 2009.

Neocrisis: iPod Touch Nano Concept

Well, Neocrisis has put out a couple of concept pictures about what they think the next iPod Nano will look like. It’s a combination of the iPod Touch and iPod Nano 4G, and is completely touch screen controlled. Looks pretty cool to me, what do you guys think?

iPod Touch, Beware.

What you see before you is supposedly an esploded iPod touch. Tipster Max S. tells us he had the pleasurable experience of having his touch catch on fire between the glass and the components, which can’t have been a fun time for the iPod. The heat managed to burn his desk, and needless to say Max won’t be getting any more use out of the thing. Apple has been kind enough to issue a free replacement, and is apparently going to look into the situation to see how much of an anomaly this is. This is of course “hot” on the heels of that iPod nano incident, and while an exploding iPod situation would be bad enough for Apple and consumers, what we’re really not looking forward to is the inevitable DOT ban on PMPs. Let’s hope these are some isolated incidents, or Apple pays off the right people to hush up about it.

16gb iPhone And 32gb iPod Touch.

iphone-16gb-inside.jpg Views:	53 Size:	33060 ID:	22164      Out of the rumor mill comes the 16GB iPhone, now official. Ever since the 16GB iPod touch was announced in September, we all knew it was just a matter of time until Apple could bung the same NAND capacity into their chubbier iPhone. The surprise is a new 32GB iPod touch for the same $499. No other changes and certainly not 3G. Both are available immediately.

Since apple just started charging for the iPod touch apps, someone started a petition for making them free, especially since people with an iPhone get them for free. Click the link below to sign the petition.
