Why are the ipod nano’s the only ipods not to be hacked/decrypted yet the iphone and itouch have been for monthes?
The iphone and ipod touch have already been hacked. You need to jailbreak it to hack it. There are still developments going on with ipod touches and iphones. The nano and classic have not been cracked at all. I’m glad they are doing this. I hope rockbox is able to do this too. I’m dying for rockbox on my nano.
Apple used cryptsoft from Cryptsoft.com to encrypt the Ipod nano 3g. How do i know this, so it says under the “About” under settings in the IPOD!! Hope this helps to futher the decryption on the Ipod 3g!!!
how would you decrypt the firmware?
Is there software or would some have to be created?
might it work like RSA removal on a motorola phone???
